Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping for all orders from the United Arab Emirates above AED 1200
- For orders under AED 1200, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges can be seen at checkout after providing the shipping address.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- All orders are processed from our HQ – Office 305, Warsan Towers, Barsha Heights, Dubai.
- Free shipping does not apply to International Orders.
- Orders placed within Dubai; we aim to deliver within 1 working day and rest of the emirates in 2 working days. Orders placed outside UAE can take anywhere from 7 working days to 15 working days. Please note our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday and any orders placed between these days shall be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday onwards.
